You cant search and seize without a warrant. says are fourth bill of right? now a cop can search a car with probable cause.. ex. if they smell alcohol on the drivers breath or if it reaked of pot. it would be more difficult to search...

rain water is probably the best with an exception. Your rain water be pure like.. in country areas, no so much city area bc it alters the ph level. i live in the countryside and in fact use rain water for my plant.

but i always thought you have to put the light on top of the plant because the plant grows toward the light?
