The air pump i have is the same one i think. I got it from walmart. I have a 5gal paint bucket the i run it in with 2 air stones... and it works. I would say add as wany airstones as you can bacuse the air would be defused more... too much air and the bubbles will start to get too big.

Well the first remedy I would try would be to add soap to some warm water and use a spray mister to cover the plant in foam. Its easy to rinse of later and can kill most bugs if you get good coverage. I have done it before for indoor house plants and not marijuana so I couldn't say 100%for sure...
