I started germinating the seeds today july 31. i dont have a water filter so i used rain water sence it has a little more acidity than tab water. im starting making my growing room in my attic XD i have 3 lights for floursent tubes so im gona buy some cool light and warm light blubs.

i need to know what is the cheapest better way to grow.(soil/ hyrdoponics) and for a flowering room whould floursent lights be ok? thanks for any advice.
