    carbon air filter

DIY carbon scrubber suggestions Unless you are growing terribly skunky strains, Silicon based kitty litter works good as a scrubbin material. If your growin pure skunk tho, its only about 80% effective. A 2" layer of carbon is typically suggested. You can use 1" or 1.5" but be prepared to...

    afghani

    How many plants...?

Well, if you were in the states I'd say yes. Selling is selling, no matter who it is to or for how little you sell it for. Giving it to somebody in exchange for services is also distribution charge. Commercial growers IMO are the worst thing for the movement. Large grow operations with...

    flos

you can be within 2" of the plants with fluorescents or CFL (spiral twisties) and not burn the plant. If you are flowering, be prepared to move the lights up daily for the first 2 weeks and do your best to not burn them in this stretch period.

    light spots on leaves

could be mites, could be deficiencies. hard to guess with the information provided. Turn the leaf over, are there tiny black specks moving around close to the vein? is there any slight amount of webbing on the undersides of the leaves?

Light too big for my vege's?

Marijuana is a MG hog in flower, and somewhat in veg. But since I add a rather potent Ca suppliment in my waterings I cannot add Mg like I need to. So to still get Mg in the plant I foilare feed it once a week until I stop adding Ca to my waterings, which is around week 4 of flower. If you...

    Help.. 7 Day Old Baby..

hey Pdizzle, you PM box is full.... heres my reply to ya "Thats the only soil I buy and I've never had an issue with it. The issue most have with preferted soil is feeding their plants to soon. Never feed until the seed leaves turn yellow. for some that may take 1 week and others it could take...

Light too big for my vege's?

hmm, maybe its just time for a good flush and some fresh nutrients on that mom. Seriously, if her PH is under 6 for as long as you suggest, there should be a stem where the plant once was. Theres just no N uptake under that, and with the lack of P and K, the leaves would fall off in a light...

Light too big for my vege's?

Really? interesting. The fulvic is added so that more of the epsom is absorbed, and from what I've been reading lately its suggested to only spray the undersides of the leaves, as thats the highest concentration of stomatas on the leaf surface. but yeah, it does coat the fans with salt, I...

Light too big for my vege's?

yeah, 3 tsp mixed into the top 3" of soil. Give it 4-5 days to have an effect then test your PH again. Theres a PH chart, was just posted this AM on here, that shows in soil, if you are below 6.0 ph you are locking out all primary nutrients and all but a few micronutes. So its really odd...

Light too big for my vege's?

Yeah, you can top dress lime. Start with 1 tsp per gallon of soil, and mix it real well into the top 2-3" of soil. but to think about it... If your mother is at 5.1 Ph always and in soil, Im surprised she is alive or possibly appears healthy.

    afghani

I grow a Nirvana Afghani. It has a very fruity taste and is very potent. Although mine does not match the indica description, I'll assume nirvana genetics have something to do with that. What I grow, takes very well to LST and if you add a little Cytokinin after LST has been done, expect an...

    Help with identifying

A while back, I had what I was told was a clone from the university plant G-13. It came to me named Dumpster from Ohio and was a very sativa-ish plant that stretched like industrial hemp in flower, but produced nice tight sticky nugs all the way up the branch. It was a very skunky variety too...
