Fox farm nutes the whole time of growing?

Hey, im about to start growing with seeds.. what food should i buy and how often should i feed the plants.. and when do i start watering/feeding them ?

i was using an AC adapter, i tryed using another one i had, and it worked... is it possibly to attach more than 1 fan an adapter or do i have to get seperate ones?
