    1st time flowering

Yeah, me too. Currently growing Northern Lights auto from Pacific Seed Bank, day 53. Awesome cola forming.

I've read some bad reviews of Nirvana Blue Mystic here...

Yes, I'm not going to get a big harvest from this plant. It's very robust and flowering well but it's only 19 inches tall at day 48. Fortunately I have plenty of last years, Girl Scout Cookies on the shelf. That stuff is killer.

From the Nirvana website: "When the plants are flowering, the aroma is intensely fruity...." Really? Smells of cat piss to me and it's not a low odor plant as I've read and chosen for that reason.

I take her outside each day to bask in the sun. At this time of year the sun is at a low angle so the black pot can get very hot. The foil reflects the rays and the pot stays cool.

My plant seems to be a shorty and VERY robust. 30 days in, flowering underway. This girl's on a fast track.

Yeah, I've got some Blue Mystic Auto beans on the way from Nirvana....Hmmmmm.... I've grown Northern Light & Girl Scout Cookies from them with great success. I'm a little concerned.

Cheap LED light to start seedlings?

For one plant, Feit Electric 300 watt Daylight (uses 33 watts). LED bulb screws into any light socket. Amazon.

    White widow auto

My current Nirvana Northern Light batch however is gangbusters!

    White widow auto

Yeah, WW auto was my first grow two years ago. I didn't like it either. Agreed, all head buzz and awful for sex. It should be renamed, "Mr. Softy".

OK to trim nugs off stems at harvest to reduce mold?

Whatever works and controlling humidity IS key and I never suggested otherwise.

What? The shiny side of aluminum foil sure is reflective. Green thumb growing sense goes along way too. Unnecessary fussing is a waste of time and money.
