Sorry about your plant SubGirl. After reading through everyone's comments, the only thing I can come up with is a nutrient lock out, same as you. Hope you find the fix quickly.

When I first saw the images I thought male straight away before I read anything, then I zoomed in and thought I saw pistils as well. Conclusion - I have no clue lol

That's Bud Rot for sure. Same happened to me in the wet and humid end of summer, early Autumn here in Oz. I harvested the buds and cut the effected areas out. Most advice I got was harvest the whole plant so the Bud rot doesn't spread to others.

I had a similar problem with one of my plants in a pot outside. I never did really work it out, but I watered it with a product we have here in Oz called Seasol that promotes root growth and helps prevent root issues and it did wonders for it. Its not a fertilizer...

Great Idea!!! I'll definitely give that a go next season here in Australia, as I had trouble with bugs last season. I only grow outdoors. Nothing in at the moment. I had to pull the last one up approx 2 weeks early because we had so much rain and humidity at a time of year when is normally dry...

Hey Hippie, I'm not very high tech either, that's why I chose to grow in pots outdoors when I started again. Never had any problems I couldn't fix along the way by using Epson salts, baking soda or vinegar, all diluted of course. A little bit of Seasol and a natural oil bug spray as well. Just...
