Wont flower even though you switched to 12/12. during normal vegging period it will start to show signs of its sex white pistils/female pollen sac/male which is when you can switch them to flowering. Not that it wont eventually start to flower but at 12/12 its going to take a little longer...

So far for autos ive worked with Wipeout express,red dwarf,whitedwarf,nlbb, and syrup never lowryder though ive read about a couple of times searching autos the nlbb autos just started flowering for me i'll try get some pic's on soon alot of people hate on autos ive had no problems average...

what type of lights are you planning on using and what size containers? lowryder won't get that tall but you have to add container height and how big your lights are and room for space between light and plant and you said you had 3ft of room this strain normally won't grow past 12-16 inches...

Yeah you can mainline a sativa it will be more difficult to train than a Indica but i would just top a couple times until you have 8 or more bud sites and also use bigger pots depending on what your using

Yeah should have waited to transplant outside until you have at least 16 hours of daylight right now its around 12. How wet is your soil? lt could be the soure of your bug problem.
