If you want them taller raise the light more. And yes after about 4-5 weeks they stop growing tall and just bud.:D Or, the more darkness it get's the more it will stretch(grow tall), looking for light. I recommend 18/6, and to just keep your light higher above your plants if you want them to...

Alot of people get anxiety or panic attacks when high. It's usually newbees, or you just hadn't smoked in a long time; that have these episodes. Yes, the police just used that strain to try an make you think bad of it just like MR. Wakenbake said!
