those lights are too weak to grow a plant you should be around 30-35Wats for 30 * 30 cm2 you wont get anything with that light how old is the plant?

if i put the probe from soil measuring device in whater it shows like the digital probe it shows 7 PH on both .... but when i pot the soil probe it drops down to 5 PH
