How doew everyone go about disposing of their males once they show?

I have 8 plants going in a DWC setup (individual 5gal buckets). I have four big ones and four smaller ones (not that much off) and 5 of them have been or are now showing preflowers. I switched to 12/12 may 21 and all I have so far is massive growth....which I am assuming is just the plants...
