Hey all, I am using FFOF soil for the first time soon and have a question. It is my understanding that powdered egg shells can be used in lieu of lime for calcium. Do egg shells also act as a ph buffer like lime? Also, what quantity to use? If anyone has info, please chime in. Thanks.

Yeah, you are right. Luck of the draw I guess. I am sure I had a hand in stressing them. The other plant smells skunkey and has lots of foilage so I can't see the inside of the colas. Guess I need to disect the bonus bean plant to see.
