I think it also depends on the situaion, for instance if you are 18+ and your parents could prove that you pay rent, then you dont have to have a written contract, it could be considered a verbal contranct. Your best bet is just be very smart and super secret, and all should be ok.

My advice would be to grow it out: Best case scenario its a female and you get some bud.... Worse case scenario its a male but, if you have no other plants it wont matter because it has nothing to pollinate. Either way it would give you some experience growing mj.

I would get a 600w light of ebay for bout 100$ (striped down), then get a cheap reflector and a pyrex baking tube, they are about 20$, get some small pots bout 1gal and larger pots 3gal. After you read up, and grow a couple of times with bagseed youll be on your way.

yea you could even use more light I use a 600w in about the same area. Number of plants depends on the strain, and how you grow.
