I know that when they send it to labs it can sit on the shelf for a few days. Some do it just to see if it's real(fakes settle out or something). I'd give it at max two days, but really I have no idea.

Randy's are the shiznit, but for flavor I always like the Zig Zag hemp papers. Of course there are all kind of flavored papers, but the all natural clear ones I like lot. A little harder to roll, but definitely worth it.

Unless there was an original ground that was apart of the plug I wouldn't worry about it. If the ground has been broken off, you have a negative charge just waiting to complete the circuit with anything touching it. I have no idea about it effecting plants?
