First grow. I harvested a top cola on an AK-48 plant yesterday with about 5% amber trichomes. It's been drying for 24 hours. Would it be OK to sample a bit? I haven't had a smoke in months... I have 3 other big plants almost ready to harvest.

Long story short, I have been forced to allow 8 vegging AK-47 plants to reach 12 inches in height. All well and good, except I really wanted to SCROG them. Can I SCROG them now, even at 12 inches in height?

Do plants grown in Subcool's Super Soil need to be flushed right before harvest?

When you harvest, do you harvest the whole plant at once? Or do you harvest one bud at a time over several days as they develop amber trichomes?

I've got 2 Northern Lights and 1 AK-48 at 60 days of flowering...all plants look good, smell good, and have good buds...and trichomes galore on upper buds are cloudy...but none are amber yet... I sure was hoping for a harvest before 60 days...but I guess I need to wait for those amber trichomes...
