I believe it is the amount of seeds that matter, we all smoked some seeded buds that seemed good but the 2 times this happened to me the buds were full of seeds from a closet grow. This was the same WW I grow today from seeds I bought and were pollinated from a bag seed growing at the same time...

If your buds are full of seeds I know it's less potent, like no potency. I've seen it and done it.

If you are trying to keep the strain you could revegg after harvest. Leave a 1/3 of the buds and leaves on the plant and switch the lights back to 18-24 hours Takes some time and grows funky at first but works.

It is easy to tell, if you watered them and they don't perk up in an hour or two its overwatered. But I agree with Roster, transplant shock, don't water again back off your light a bit, just try and eliminate stress
