I had about 40 plants, some 6' tall, some 2' tall. The State doesn't give a Rat's Hiney about my Wife....The Prosecutor wanted 3 years, lucky for me my lady Lawyer got it down to a one year sentence. Then there's the 3 years of Probation....no smoking for 3 years...Or Else! Pee-testing...
