Do seedling young plant growing indoors still get adequate lighting next to a window during the day if the day is cloudy or overcast? I move them at night to a closet with a grow light but just wondering if I should just leave them in the closet on overcast days or not? Very new & dumb to all this.
I put my young seedling plants on a table next to windows so they can get natural sunlight during the day...then I move them into a closet with grow lights at night. My question is this. Are they still getting adequate light on a cloudy or overcast day?
