After adding nutes for VEG stage, and once VEG stage is over, should I flush the water when I am ready to add FLOWER nutes, or just throw them in on top of the VEG nutes which have been in there? Thanks

Does this sound right? Vegetative- HALF (vegetative nutrient dosage) nutes for Vegetative stage. Flowering- First week - HALF (flowering nutrient dosage) Second week to finish - FULL (flowering nutrient dosage) Is that ok? Should I ever go full dosgae in Vegetative?
