That's exactly what likely happened. Strainly seem have a tight policy. It may be their way of keeping the platform safe. Someone can ban you IP address if it's associated with someone with a bad reputation. try to email them or contact them via their IG

I've been using Strainly for almost a year now. Only good experiences. One delayed shipping with one member. The other 6 order went more than well. I like the rating system. Waited the end of winter to make my first clone order. Will let y'all know how it goes... Overall great experience.

Just wanted to let y’all know that I completed trades and ordered a couple clones on that site called "strainly" in the above post, and everything went super smooth. kinda dope concept. actually surprised it didn't exist before when you think about it. Thanks for your advices
