Yep thats a catepillar !

Im up early and as soon as my lights come on I am going to look again. I have 1 microscope and 3 different magnifying loups. I know what insect parts look like under a microscope and so far havent seen anything like that, just these little lesions

No, there are no mites or insects, no bodies, no antennae, no legs. The spots I am looking at on the leaf are not moving or jumping ship heheh. They are not uniform and appear to be like a lesion.

Not thrips or bugs. I think its nutrients or too much LED. Not too worried. Not alot of time to go beore harvest

After some research I think I have nutrient overload and maybe a calcium deficiency. Not a bug to be found

I looked up images of both broad and russet and what I am looking at is definitly not bug/mite.

Would they have parts distinguishable by site ? Like a head,legs,body ?

Yes I could see where the underside looks like mites but after careful inspection im not seeing anything insect/animal like. Just a bunch of lesion like spots, rust colored

Okay , I took better pics then looked at the front and the back of the leaves under the microscope. It seems to be a lesion like thing , nothing moving or resembling a mite or bug. Only on a few leaves and only one plant.
