I was addicted to grapefruit juice. I learned the hard way. Now I drink sparkling water.

I have to avoid acidic fruits and even tomatoes! Moderation or my stomach goes crazy. Orange and grapefruit juice get the best of me.

I am addicted. Keeps me cleaner than Kleanex. I do both good balanced diet and metamucial . You don't want Colin issues or pancreatitis. Shitty subject. And nobody wants to talk about ....and you damn sure don't want either.
