cloning from plants in bloom or ?what

I clone in flower all the time. There is nothing wrong with it, however, the later in flower you clone the longer it will take the clones to root. Also the clones, once rooted, will begin to go thru a reveg type of spurt for a while, before they really start putting out "regular" leaves. It...

    Massproducer's Coco buckets

Honestly, i haven't checked the ph on my water that i use in these buckets, i just bubble it, and add whatever i'm adding that feeding and go for it. If you have incorporated dolomite lime into your soil make up, it will naturally buffer the ph, hence making any water ok. Manny, i'm not sure...

My latest cheese grow is now officially finito

hey skallie, have you tried to set the auto white balance on your cam? It will allow you to take pics while the HPS is on, while still maintaining the proper white balance. Give your manual a read, it should have something about it in there. solarz

Yeah i remember that now...Brother's Grunt, but whatever happened to those guys? Did they just give it up...or decide to not post on the net anymore or what? Just curious, as i've not seen them around in some time. solarz

    Just a C99 pic.

Is the bros grim that used to be here (and by the way what happened to them?) the same bros/ grim that produced the c99 originally? I've always wondered that. solarz

    Closet Set-up

I have the same type of closet door, and what i did was take the door part of it out...and made a door myself out of panda film. I used adhesive zippers to make the "frame" of the door and it works great for me. If you posted some pics, it may be a lil easier to help you out on setting...

    room design and useage

Well, for starters, you mentioned nothing about ventilation, and that is key. Also how are you planning on growing these plants (as in what method...hydro, soil, etc.)? Also...if you plant on venting outside...how are you going to clean the air before it goes outside? This is a MUST HAVE if...

    Massproducer's Coco buckets

after the roots hit the rez (beleive me, you'll know when they do) you don't have to water everyday. You can go every other day...or whatever you need to do, but it doesn't HAVE to be everyday. But my *MY* experience running these buckets...i had better growth/yeild when i treated the coco...

    Massproducer's Coco buckets

Just to clarify, this is where my confusion came. I just assumed that he was talking about a MassP coco bucket, because it was being discussed in this thread. Again...my apologies for misreading the posts. solarz

    Massproducer's Coco buckets

Wooaaahhhh...DFW, you seem to be on the defense/attack. I clearly stated i wasn't trying to step on your toes, nor anyone else's. I never even mentioned anything about this style of growing, and to answer your question, yes i have completed an entire run with these buckets (several in...

From Lucas himself. (serious growers with patience only)

I understand what you are saying, and alli'm trying to get across is that the ferts, additives alone...you can't hang your hat on that. There is so much more that is required to hit the mark. But tater...let me ask you this. Have you ever ran your same plants without using any of the...

From Lucas himself. (serious growers with patience only)

I think that genetics play a BIG role in yield...more than ferts. I think that ferts maintain a certain health level in the plants, but don't directly affect it. The way i look at it is with humans. If you give some guy in the gym a lot of protien, additives, etc...yeah he may get "bigger"...

From Lucas himself. (serious growers with patience only)

Skallie..you have a misunderstanding of this concept. SOIL itself won't buffer ph...something like dolomite lime IN THE SOIL will buffer ph, therefore, causing you to not need to ph your water. I think you are on the right track with your thinking...but i'm not sure if you know WHY. Uf you...
