    Sorry, did not mean to post and disappear. I am not online but a couple times a day. I am terminally ill (pulmonary fibrosis) and just sitting up at times is difficult. I will make an effort to do better.

    How so? I have already won the matter of RLUIPA before the United States Supreme Court. This is just a simple matter of presenting the same law on a different issue. Cutter v. Wilkinson, 544 U.S. 709 (2005).
