Can i remove these lower bud sites? I start week 5 tomorrow. I just dont know if this will affect the plant. What about pruning? Is that still an option?

So my plants are very bushy and im seeing its because my main thick branches have small branches on it and those small branches have a lot of leaves. Do i remove these small branches? This is week 1 of flower and i know i shouldve done this whole pruning/defoliation last week.

I understand that over/under watering can cause droopy leaves but I dont think this is the case. What other deficiencies can cause droopy leaves? My temp is at 81F and Humidity is at 58%. They are 4 weeks old.
