First grow making progress

Right now my inline fan is set to my light which was 18/6 . flipping to flower today and it will be 12/12 . have a circulation fan on 24/7. How long do you run your inline fan? Do i leave it on 24/7 ? Or run it on the timer with the lights.?

So i found some seeds in a bag i had and decided to start a grow (legal where i am) 4 seeds one grew. started Sept.1. planted seeds only one grew. Sept 19 transplanted to pot been on 16/8 . 10/19 trans planted to 3 gal. final pot on 16/8 . Nov 8 today will be changing the time form 16/8 to 12/12...
