A plant in a pot under the sky

When I started this, I used peat pods, 5 inch plastic, and direct to home. You can see the results very clearly. I can say with this experience a whole new concept has been born. I have a spot picked out and will start making something to grow some weed. I'm seeing a wee house with some sort of...

A plant in a pot under the sky

Yes. I agree with you. It's part of the learning curve to test things at different stages. A practice garden. Some of the pennies were quite lovely and ran 14 or 15 weeks as I pruned off selectively. What stumpies remained, just stayed green. I don't mind an early harvest when I make...

A plant in a pot under the sky

Okay. Two jars of mid grade= excellent medicine. Cure till Holidays, then make stuff. For what it is worth; Soil is THE most important component to a lovely plant. "deep roots, big fruits" I mixed a hot soil full of nutrients so even at full flower, the leaves remain a deep green. But, that is...

Geez...it's all good my fellow grower's of the flowers. I had a great experience with this grow and thoroughly enjoyed this forum. Top shelf people running through the halls. I feel like I got more than I gave here. You do know that even when the moon is not visible it still shines somewhere...

A plant in a pot under the sky

I had to remove and salvage Miss Willow. Bud worms. Not terrible, but enough to make this a decision of lessons learned. She will be added to the medicine harvest. I'm going to build a greenhouse for next season. I learned how auto's work, and have confidence that harmony can be reached here...

A plant in a pot under the sky

I too enjoyed the moon pie treat as a young one. Yum the name may be loosely based on these lyrics. So I pretended to have wings for my arms And took off in the air I flew to places which the clouds never see Too close to the deserts of sand Where a thousand mirages, the shepherds of lies...

A plant in a pot under the sky

Howdee folks. The test garden is down and drying...whew. Most of that harvest is nice usable bud. I waited until what plants were left run till about 10 percent amber trichomes, but they are I would say, semi-solid nugs. Not bad at all. So, that's that. So now it's just me and Miss Willow...

A plant in a pot under the sky

Wee Willow is doing well. Way less insects on the patio. My soil mix is working well. I will examine the roots after her release from her home. I have decided I do like the auto flowers, but I am tinkering with the idea of a greenhouse for next test runs. I like the way this wedding cake looks...

    What is your pet peeve

I don't tend to get annoyed easily. But in this moment I would have to say the tiny yellow flying insects I am having to hunt down. Every day I pull a couple of their little bodies from the sticky leaves of miss willow. I avoid needless death and bugs gotta eat too...but 99 percent of these...

    The young Miss Willow WC_Auto

I light touch with the back of my hand reveals a light citrus and skunk with a bit of sweet. I am hopeful her genetics are a true Wedding Cake strain mixed with ruderalis 🙃 . It looks to me like a good balanced Indica/Sativa type of plant. I am at the mercy of the genetic dice, but hopeful.

    Auto's in soil outdoor.

Just for clarity. I don't recommend any of this crazy lunatic experimentation. You can push them too far. But knowing the edge is helpful. And I would not want anyone to think I have given up on these pretty penny's. I lub them too. They are stunted but mighty in their own right. It's not an...

You are most kind. I basically did everything they tell you not to. Empirical knowledge needs to push a bit to see the negatives of actions.

    Auto's in soil outdoor.

I started several test plants to see what the auto flowers were all about. These poor things have been very forgiving during the whole trial run. Some have already been removed to the test dry area. All in all I am pleased with how it works and the knowledge I gained from the test runs. They...

    The young Miss Willow WC_Auto

Here she is enjoying her holey house🤣 as monsoonal moistures now drift by. I did some light pruning but the twin colas were a natural delightful adaptation that she decided was appropriate.
