What is this? I don’t think it’s bud rot

Yeah it smelled great. But I think it’s some sort of fungus. The white stuff is probably mycelium.

What is this? I don’t think it’s bud rot

Looks like very dense spider web material. I cut it off and threw it out. Not sure what it is but I don’t like it. Found it on a bud that was hang drying

    Cannabis tincture

Maryland passed a law to ban 190 proof, so Everclear sells 189 proof here. As someone else pointed out, it’s probably the same stuff. Maybe a thimble of water added to each bottle or something. https://rehabs.com/blog/july-ushers-in-marylands-new-anti-alcohol-laws/

    Cannabis tincture

Must be a Maryland law against 190 proof Everclear? 189 is all they had at the liquor store

Check your oven temperature for decarb!

Instant Pot is the only way to decarb IMHO. Put the weed in a mason jar with lid and pressure cook for 50 mins. Done and no smells. You can also use the IP to infuse butter, coconut oil, etc.

    What cookbooks do you have?

Do you you make your own tincture? In the weed gummies cookbook, it says you just need to soak decarb’d flower in grain alcohol overnight and then strain it. That sounds super easy. There is a mimosa gummy recipe that uses tincture than I want to make.
