I planted seeds like week and a half ago close to 2 and the plants like 5 inches tall, will the plants go threw flower mode outside? also they are behind a garage and I dont want the plants to get too tall, garage is about 10 ft high, I wanna keep the plants like 5-6ft high. I live on the east...
