your plant's stems look extremely thin. my plants are 1-2 inches and the stems are as thick or thicker. you need to put a fan on your plants. sorry if someone already posted this i didnt read the whole thread.

your plant looks like it is stretching. if i were you i would add 2 more inches of soil and lower your light alittle bit. you also should have a fan blowing on your plant if you dont already.

half perlite is too much, your plant's root system wont be able to get ahold of enough soil to have good grounds. if you grow it with 1/2 perlite your plant will most likely tip over.

i think you might need to transplant, those plants look pretty tall and those containers from my point of view look pretty small. you might want to add some soil above the current soil line because it also looks like your planting is tilting a bit.
