Yes i also have them problems and have been self medicating for years. It also helps with my depression and my pains. I have been clean for awhile now tryin to get a better job and i'm a wreck, lol. now that my state has passed the mmj law i am hoping to be able to get medicated and help others...

If your waiting for more fixtures, then the two bulbs will work for a short while. When you do get more fixtures you could add another 6500k and another 2700k. And as always, the more lumens the better. What i did was add a couple bulbs every couple weeks or so until it was time to flower. at...

I am not sure about the fan that you are talking about in paticular, but a six inch duct fan should flow enough air to keep it cooled down. It will be a little noisy though.
