So they've spent a few days in their pots and seem happy after their first watering. I can't believe how much easier this is in their own pots! I was struggling with over and under-watering the seedlings because they were all connected by the tray. One would wilt while the other looked over-watered. It was so frustrating!
I know they don't recommend starting out in large pots but is there a trick you guys know to successfully do that? I'd like to try some that way next round. Thanks for the help!

Just be careful and do not overwater the soil in a big pot with a seedling.
