435 CFM Fan

Can a 435 CFM fan cool 2 600 hps AND a 1000 hps?

Depends on a number of things, mostly the temp of the air the fan is pulling thru the lights, however, my inclination is probably not. I have a 6" Vortex cooling 2 600W and I don't think I could put another 600W with them, let alone a 1000W.
