ay, well this is my plant at 4 weeks..
shouldnt it hav grown much bigger?
or does it start fangin in degress such as 30-40celcius
it has currently been in 20-23 degrees celcius.

Looks normal for 4 weeks old, it'll take off once it hits the 30's. This summer is going to be a pissa. Long, dry and hot. You won't stop them when they start fangin...
