I am currently running lights at night, I am in the 1st week of bloom, I want to switch cycle to run during the day. I don't want to stress the plants at all. Can i turn the lights off for a full day then just start the next morning?

Yes, extend the dark period until the new "lights on" time. Doing this once will not affect plants.

hey if i was going 2 do that i would keep the light on until the new dawn time
When I change schedule in veg I do it this way. Flowering plants should never have more than 12 hours IMO.

When I switched my time schedule to night time during flowering, it caused some new growth because i left the light on until the morning ( 24 hours ). So, I wouldn't recommend leaving your light on for more then 12hours unless you want to go back to Veg.

I think one of the things we forget is that flowering is actually triggered by the number of hours of dark, not the number of hours of light. So, extending the dark period is always preferable
