a little help

i need to know what is the cheapest better way to grow.(soil/ hyrdoponics) and for a flowering room whould floursent lights be ok? thanks for any advice.

There is no such thing as a "better" way to go, everyone has their preferences. Cost can go either way also, you can make a hydro system pretty cheap but if you want to buy one you'll spend more than some buckets and soil will cost ya.
We do have some CFL lovers on this forum but IMO they aren't worth much, scrape together a couple hundred and get even a small HPS and you'll be happier.
