Anybody had thrips?

These guys are a new one on me, anyone had any experience with them? What did you use to get rid of them?

I just had a major infestation...try Neem oil pesticide, its harmless to us smokers, and works great, not as immediate as Dupont, but it wont kill you like pesticide...you might have to do two or three applications.

do you spray while the lights are on or off? I am two weeks into flowering and I don't want to kill my buds!
