So plants are about 4 weeks veg, very happy but new fan leaves are spotted? Anyone know what this is? Need to worry about it? Everything else seems in good shape.

If you can get us some background info it will help. Here are some questions:
What is your medium? Soil, coco, water etc. And if so what type of system.
What is your base fertilizer routine?
Are you using supplements and ifvso what are they?
What is your temperature and humidity swing?
What is the pH of your pot runoff or if in water your reservoir?

i would start by checking the Ph to see if you are in operating range for full nutrient uptake---next i would use a loupe magnifier to have a peek at the undersides of those leaves for spider mites---double check the light is not too close to the canopy

4 weeks veg In hpcc 7 gallon pots, RO water, 3rd feeding, ph 6.1 and 900 ppm at run off. Pic is last feeding, the wet dry cycle is about 7-8 days, in 80 degrees, 60-70% humidity, 750 CO2.

You're not giving calmag are ya.
Start yesterday.
Why are you using RO water? What is the hardness out of your tap?

If hpcc is a coco based product, you have double whammy calcium deficiency heading your way. If it isn't, you should also raise your pH about a half unit. But still add calmag to minimum hardness of 100ppm before adding other ferts. Critical when starting from RO, distilled, or rainwater. Not optional.

Sorry missed your last response somehow, ok so cal mag first to 100ppm got it, as far as the ph you say half unit, I’m PHing to 6.0 before adding, what is 1/2 unit? I use RO because I bought an RO filter, figured starting at zero would be best. I have a well so water isn’t bad to begin with, right around 100 ppm out of the well.

I don't know what your media is, not familiar with hpcc, but if it's coco, aim for runoff around 6.4-6.6, and if it's soil based, go for 6.5-6.8 ideally. Half a point would be .5 higher on your pH meter. You're a little low.
Coco media tends to be even more sensitive to lack of calcium to the point that I add it even to my tap water which is already a good hardness. The label on my gallon jug of the stuff is worn off but I recall there may have been separate mix ratios for soil vs coco.
You'll be fine, you just need to add some calcium at a pH the plants can use it best. They look healthy otherwise.
