Auto seeds outside?

I have some auto seeds I'm wanting to plant. Can they be grown outdoors in a planter in coastal Georgia at any given time?

The Temps don't usually get below 50°. I have a sunroom I can put them in in case it gets too cold out.

Yes, however as autos do best with about 20 hours of light a day, they may not produce much.

I looked up my daylight hours in Georgia and even in summer we only on average 13 hours. So my next question is can I have my plant outside durning the day and finish off inside under lights in order to get the amount of hours needed?
