This is a white widow auto flower, it is 68 days old from seed.

Basically one side looks all green as it has a bit of a tilt on the stem then the other side where leaves are a bit more open and exposed have yellowing, Now i am not sure if this is common and the plant is just sucking up the nutrients from some of the main fan leaves at this stage or not.

The other question would be should i remove the yellowing fan leaves?

Your plant looks fine. That happens regularly. I get random leaves that go yellow all the time. Overall the plant looks really good. 68 days for an Auto is on the older side, so no worries.

what would happen if i took the yellowed leaves off since they are also covering some bud sites would that do anything to my plant or do i not really need the fan leaves at this point? Most of the fan leaves appear to be at a dying off stage.

You need the fan leaves--they are the little solar factories that make photosynthesis possible. I generally give the yellow leaves a little tug--if they come off, they are gone. If not, I leave it.
