Dig a hole and fill the hard soil in with good soil
If you have acess to any good MJ grow soil buy enough to fill a 5 gal or more area and dig the hole in the hard soil deep enough to fill it back up with the new soil.

Dig a big hole in the hard dirt and replace it with good soil.
