Here's the original bhang recipe as noted in the Report of the Indian Hemp Drugs Commission, Volume 3, page 143 from 1894-1895. Note the amount of pepper! The terpenes in pepper have a soothing, synergistic relationship with cannabis in edibles.

"Black pepper contains the terpenes pinene and caryophyllene, which are both known to tamp down THC's psychoactive tendencies to create a more calming, therapeutic effect. Caryophyllene, which is also found in cloves and cinnamon, is the only terpene that can bind to the same receptors as THC, according to Leafly."

Add cal mag and shake for two more weeks.

I've seen these recipes before but never tried it. It's been around for ever, so must work it seems. Has anyone tried this?

Seriously it would be interesting to try.
