Ok my fellow ganja growers , this here is a grow journal on the 30 day transformation of cannabis flowers , the colas.

Barring any hail storms and an early frost/freeze , hopefully these skinny lady legs should get fat.

Its a fun journey watching the transformation and I’ve wanted to do a grow log like this so here we go.

You know I am fairly new here, so please excuse any redundant questions and or suppositions.

You are obviously a hardcore grower, and I surmise you supply a cannabis pharmacy in your area.

Just want to say you are doing God's work. Thank you.

You are going to have a lot of trimming to do!

thanks for stopping by Amigo

a lot of trimming indeed......if we were processing the flowers to go on a shelf in a cannabis store or even for personal stash , I like the looks of some nicely trimmed buds

actually not a lot of trimming...

because most of this will be processed into full spectrum cannabis oil and leaving some leaf material or stems or even seeds will not hurt the process , we just freeze the flowers and then break them up and extract all the oil out of them

and I will start defoliation by removing some big fan leaves that are already starting to yellow

a long time ago when I was selling commercially to local dispensaries and only had a small crew , we bought some trimmers like these and they worked pretty good , 3 of us could go through 10 - 20 pounds a day

Some big trees.

thanks Amigo

yeah I have to break out the bow saw to chop them down , the loppers are to small

i tell you what Brother , I would rather tend small fat bushes than these beanpoles..the short ones require a lot less propping up and maintain gall those floppy colas

the Snow Leopard is an awesome short but wide plant , we had some about 5’ feet tal but , get this , at least 15’ feet in diameter!

feel free to ask any questions in this thread about these plants or the grow in general

i don’t know about the hardcore , maybe an amateur at best , I continue to learn new stuff all the time and I wish I could grow as good as some of my friends

I do NOT supply a cannabis pharmacy or any business or individuals , I am retired from that and all my bootlegging days are over , I just grow for me and my gf and i share with my friends all the time , especially those who are sick or in pain , the herb really helps

Gods plant for sure and when we all share , Gods work indeed.

My pleasure.

See how my mind runs wild? You have been most kind. Love what y'all are doing. I enjoy seeing the fruits of your labor.

I know that you do not have this problem, but how do you think the snow leopard would be in dealing with to PM. The humidity down here can get pretty high during mid flowering season. Thanks

good question Amigo and the answer is , I have no idea but hey , let’s give it a try!

even if one does grow in a place of high humidity there are a few things to do that will increase ones odds of a successful harvest

things like defoliation , fans , and my favorite PM fighter , Oxidate

i used to grow in Oklahoma where the humidity is off the hook...I grew outdoors with little to no PM problems....only did indoors to veg the plants so yeah , some strandivars do have a higher tolerance to PM

You forgot the little accent thingies over the "nise" part.....

Bubba

30-40 mph winds and rain and hail will do this

I am just going to let that plant be and see if it still grows or dies...that is a roll of the dice on about 8 ounces to a lb on those branches but who the hell is counting..

meanwhile the colas are swelling
