cloning in wk 3 of flower?

when is the best phase to take clones,veg/flower?
i am on wk 3 of flower and wondering if it is still viable at this point?

Viable/possible..."YES", but usually not advised.
Flowering cuts take longer to root, then must return to veg state. Which usually results in a much lower sucess rate.

I have done it and can see where it might need to be done, but I agree with everything Hick said. Remember, it will take up to twice as long to root, and even after, will kind of just sit there stunted...reverting to vegetatative mode...for possibly another month. By that time, could easily have another seedling ready to flower. Just my 2 cents.
