Cloning my plant help

Alright a little help here...
#1-Is it possable to clone a plant and put it outside or dose
it have to be grown in side I would think that it wouldnt.
#2-How do I clone my plant it is almost 3 inches and it has 2
big leaves and 4 smaller ones and is starting to branch....
...I know i have to wait so how long do I have to wait? like
a month what??
#3-What do I need to do this???

#1: the best way to grow outside is to use a clones from a known female. This insures your not spending all that risky time on a male.
