Summary: View Full Text (pdf)Allows caregivers and adult qualifying patients 21 years or older to cultivate marijuana for medical use by the caregiver’s designated qualifying patient or the adult qualifying patient. Cultivation is limited to the cultivator’s home. Department of Health shall establish regulations for the amount of marijuana cultivated by individuals. Applies to Florida law; does not change, or provide immunity for violations of, federal law. Allows consistent legislation. Defines terms. Provides effective date and implementation schedule.
