confused

my plant is about two weeks old and the top two leaves are turning upwards making like a v shape what does this mean i havnt put anything on it but water

Hick and what do you think about that :
peat pelets are in soil and they will go nto a DWC sytem soon all should they go now this is a pic from 3 days ago

why are they tuning yellow on edges i use tap water , no nutes
now they are 2 weeks
