i'm from toronto, but live in europe now. i want to support my headshops back home by buying supplies from there but where lighting is concerned, there's the question of voltage conversion. i have to buy a converter to convert the voltage from 110W to 220W.
we're talking connecting a 150W HID to the timer, which then gets plugged in to the voltage converter, then into the powerbar. even if I was to buy locally, i'm not sure there's a good selection of lights where I live and even if they are, the prices are ridiculously expensive. All this makes me worried, is it too much of a risk? hope someone out there has some experience with this sort of thing.
