Could AG nominee William Barr set back marijuana legalization?

William Barr, President political name's nominee for attorney general, said he supports a federal ban on marijuana but wouldn't target businesses in states where cannabis is legal. Erik Altieri, the executive director of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, joins CBSN to discuss his stance.

For all the rhetoric, the states continue to legalize, as the law allows, and they mostly keep out of it. The only concern I have is that once the entire country is legal, they can then decide we're all criminals in violation of federal laws and start some mass round-ups.... but then I hit the bowl and realized it was all just a painful rectal itch and went back to water my girls.
