Droopy leaves and rotting seed leaves on seedling

Any one ever seen this? Tiny seedling with droopy leaves. The roots seem healthy in fact they're coming out the bottom of container. Just watered yesterday because soil was drying. shouldn't be over watered

that was my response.
I read somewhere that pure sativas have bigger root systems than indicas
kind of shocking isn't it LOL It's not root bound, but 2 little roots are coming out of the middle hole in the pot
